These took a bit of time, but were well worth it in the end! Every part of it tasted wonderful! The bread was light and the twist was beautiful to look at. I skipped the icing and they were sweet enough with out them. Because of where I live I had to use dried cranberries, which I added some liquid to and allowed to soak while I made the dough (also had to skip the oranges, though I think it would only add another wonderful dimension to the taste!) I wasn't sure putting the dough in the fridge would let it rise, but it did! Kids, hubby, and company all loved them!!

Famous No Coffee Pumpkin Latte

Kids and friends really enjoyed this recipe! After heating it up, I put it through a strainer which made it more pleasant for me to drink, just a personal preference of mine. I also added 1/4 tsp of cloves and a dash or two of nutmeg to my second batch and loved it even more!

Easy OREO Truffles

Super easy, especially since I used a food processor! I read the recipe wrong and instead of sprinkling the cookie crumbs over the chocolate, I rolled them in it...turned out great anyways and I'm not sure I would choose to do it any other way!!I just went from rolling them/spooning chocolate over the ball to transferring them to a bowl of crushed crumbs and rolling them in there, then carefully taking them out with a fork. Very easy process with no chocolate dripping.

Healthy Banana Cookies

This is a great recipe and can be tweaked easily to go with whatever you have on hand. I've tried different combinations of dried fruit & extracts (cranberry/orange w/maple extract) (blueberry w/almond extract) and have added coconut flakes much to our eating pleasure :) Kids also loved them and hubby too!
