Lemon Garlic Tilapia
Made this for dinner and it came out great! Just made slight changes. It was only two of us so I changed the serving size to two. I did as others suggested and saute then garlic and butter, then sprinkled with dried parsley (didn't have fresh). I used a half tbsp. more garlic than suggested. I used lemon concentrate and coated each tilapia filet. I then brushed the garlic butter over each filet, then sprinkled pepper and salt on. I cooked in foil at 400 for about 15 minutes and served with lemon wedges. Boyfriend approved! :) Will use again!

Easy Sugar Cookies
This is a great and easy sugar cookie recipe! I followed exactly as written except I used whole wheat flour and they came out so good! They are a little crunchy on the outside and really soft on the inside. Next time I use this recipe, I will use white flour. Our cookies were pretty thick so it took about 10 minutes. I was afraid I would have to refrigerate the dough because most of the recipes I've seen say to do that, but these didn't need it, which on a weeknight worked well.

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies
These cookies came out really good! I changed the servings to 52 and used vanilla instead of brandy. Other than that, followed exactly as written. My cookies only took 7-8 minutes. I made the first two dozen just as chocolate chip because I wasn't sure how the cranberries ones would turn out. I added a half a cup of fresh cranberries to the remaining batter. The cranberry cookies were definitely better! They tasted so good with the chocolate chips, but they had a nice light, fluffy taste. This is going in my recipe box!
