Potato and Bacon Salad
Excellent! My husband was raving about a friends wonderful potato salad with bacon. I had to find a recipe that was even better...this one was, first time! Second time I made it for a party, used 5 lbs potatoes, 2 lbs bacon, 2 cups sour cream, 2 cups mayo, 5 eggs (all I had at the time) and 4 tbls yellow mustard. Perfect!

Megan's Granola
I have made this several times, and every time it gets better! The first time I follow the recipe exactly, and got hooked. Since then, I have substituted, tweaked, and altered the recipe, but every time is just as good. Since my husband likes his granola kind of chunky/chewy, I mix 3/4 of the syrup over the whole batch of dry ingredients, then dump 3/4 of that mix on one cookie sheet. Then I add the remaining syrup on the remaining mix, shake it some more and pat it into a separate cookie sheet. The best of both worlds!! This is a staple in my recipe box!!

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls
Delicious and oh so easy! I took them from the oven and thought I should make some type of icing (a la Cinnabon) but tried them as-is. These really are great, with no intervention required on my part (a rare event, since I like to "tinker" with recipes). I will definitely be making these again, and again, and again.....
