Absolutely delicious! My husband raves about it. I did take other reviewers' advice and used a 3 lb pork roast instead of beef. Makes plenty of delicious sauce! Served it with peas and mashed potatoes.

Broccoli Pie

This was delicious! Because we had a ton of fresh tomatoes from our garden, towards the end of baking I layered thin-sliced tomatoes on top and then some parmesan cheese. Will definitely make it again with or without the tomato!

Swiss Chard with Garbanzo Beans and Fresh Tomatoes

Delicious! I didn't have lemon or fresh tomato so I used balsamic vinegar and canned diced tomato. Topped it with seared sea scallops. Will definitely make this again!

Cabbage Roll Casserole

This was really good! Hearty, filling and easy to make. We are trying hard to be heart-healthy, so used 99% fat free ground turkey instead of beef. I also followed the suggestion of another reviewer and added the cabbage 40 minutes into cooking so it didn't get mushy.

This was terrific and SO easy!!! I made it exactly as stated, but threw the whole thig in the crock pot and let it simmer all day. Loved it!

Reuben Casserole

Yum!! I used 1,000 Island dressing instead of Russian and followed other reviewer's advice on topping the casserole with rye as well as lining the bottom. It's not the prettiest dish in the world, but it tastes GREAT!!!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Delish!! I took a suggestion from previous comments and added about 1/2 cup diced carrots with the other veggies. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. Yum! Will definitely make it again!!

Two-Bean and Mango Salad

This was really tasty! I used cannallini beans instead of navy beans. And, for the onion, I used red onion. My boyfriend doesn't usually like 'fruity' dishes, but he loved this! Will definitely make again!

Mushroom and Leek Soup

Very good! Also, quick and easy to prepare! My boyfriend is a BIG soup fan, and he loved this one. Per other reviewers' suggestion, I added a fistful of fresh spinach just before serving. Any type of small pasta works fine, if you don't have orzo.
