Homemade Fresh Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2013
I can't speak for the crust, as I used store bought, but the filling was amazing! Like others I added an extra half cup or so of pumpkin purée which filled them just perfectly. No need to adjust other ingredients. I was out of ginger and substituted all spice instead which didn't seem to create any differences. So happy my first attempt at cooking a real pumpkin pie was positive! When my husband and young son love it, it's a keeper! I loved it too!

Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2013
Was very easy to make and delicious and I'm not a big fan of BBQ. The hubby and 5 y.o really like sit. I also halved the maple syrup and added another batch of sauce near the end as mentioned.

Slow Cooker Pork Chops II

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2013
I typically don't like pork chops, but these were good. Very easy to make too! My husband wasn't a fan of them or the smell, but my picky preschooler enjoyed it.

Haystacks I

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2012
Made it without the nuts and I had a bunch of dry mix left that I couldn't get to stick. Will have to eat remaining with spoon. Otherwise very tasty.

Banana Chip Muffins II

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2012
Very tasty! I also added a few more choc chips. Used muffin cup papers and they stuck to the paper. Will likely spray tin or cups next time. These won't last long at my house.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2011
Very yummy! Very sweet when using semi-sweet chocolate chips. I used a double boiler to melt my choc chips, as I've had bad luck with microwave melting. Also put in some graham wafer crumbs as others have suggested. I would recommend using a mini muffin pan. I put paper liners in and gave each liner a quick spray with Pam. Had no troubles peeling them off. This would make a fantastic Christmas dainty!
