Raspberry White Chocolate Mousse

Not sure what I did wrong, but this did not turn out well and I think I followed the recipe as is. It wasn't too bad until I froze it, but then for some reason, it seemed to lose its flavor and the consistency was awful. I think if I had served it immediately after folding in the whipped cream, it would have been much better.

Ghirardelli® Classic White Chocolate Creme Brulee

Made this for our Christmas dinner and it is fantastic. I wanted a rich, thick, creamy custard for filling chocolate cups. I made this recipe the day before our dinner and let it set in the refrigerator overnight. Then I spooned it into the cups and served without the caramelized sugar on top. Everyone loved it! It was easy to make and perfect consistency and taste.
