Banana Banana Bread

I made 6 large muffins following the recipe as is. I baked the muffins for about 35 minutes and they came out INCREDIBLY well. Very moist and dense but still fluffy. I dont mash my bananas to a puree, instead I leave some banana lumps which makes the muffins even more delicious. If you make muffins I'd advise that you check on them after 30 minutes and then gauge how much more time they need. (Note: even though they were done - the top was a dark brown and when we ate one it was ready - the muffins 'failed' the toothpick test). yum. I also used Demarle cookware - flexible cooking pans that require no grease or flour to prevent sticking. I greased half of the muffin spaces and didnt grease half and all of them are perfect (ergo, you really dont need to grease the pan!).
