I love this recipe. It is great to have on hand for subsituting for oil in recipes and also for putting over waffles or toast. We like it chunkier and I cut the sugar in half when making. It also smells sooo good when cooking. Thanks you!!

Granola Bars III

I LOVE this as a base recipe!! I have made these about a dozen times and have made a few changes to make them a higher protein bar. I sub. the flour for half whole wheat flour and half vanilla soy protein powder. I sub the oil for apple butter or unsweetened applesauce. I use 1/4 cup b.sugar. I chop up walmart trail mix for nuts and dried fruit. Its alot cheaper and I always have it on hand. The tropical trail mix has alot more dried fruit in it. And last, I double the recipe and put in a cookie sheet. COmes out great. Have fun with this recipe. The possibilities are endless!!

Rotisserie Chicken

Was very good. I used two four pound chickens. I put a drip pan down and used the 2 outside burners plus the sear machine in our grill set up for our Rotisserie. I also tied the legs and wings together like other reviewers. My only complaint was it was a little dry but that was mostly our fault because we don't think we seared properly (first time using!!lol) It smells WONDERFUL cooking! Will definately try again. Thank you for the recipe!!

Carla's Fruit Dip

I am aske dto bring this to partys because everybody loves it! My four year old nephew ran out of strawberries (which is his favorite fruit) so he resorted to crackers and fingers!! I now make him his own little bowl so he can dip away! Thank you for a nice easy recipe.

Chicken Wing Dip

Excellent dip. I didn't change a thing in the recipe. It is a favorite for watching the Bears game. Being from NY we don't get alot of chances to watch them but I will be making it tomorrow for the playoffs against the Panthers! GO BEARS!!!

Cheesecake Supreme

I absolutely love this recipe. I have made it twice and the second time was a charm! I took some advice and used 1T of lemon juice and 1/2t vanilla extract and the taste was outstanding. I also used the hot water bath and baked it at 10 min. 400 degrees,and 3 hours at 200 degrees. I left it in the oven for 1 hour, room temp for 3 hours and in the fridge until the next day. Thank you for the best cheesecake recipe!

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

I have made this before and everybody LOVES it as well as I!! It is a favorite in our house. You can also try Magic Shell for the topping instead of the frosting. It is very good and creates a nice hard shell on top.
