Slow Cooker Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2006
So easy and so delicious, I chose this for our Thanksgiving dressing this year and it was loved by all. 4-5 hours was plenty for a whole crock pot full of dressing, if you leave it cook to long it will get crispy edges.

Good bread, but not as European as I was hoping. Still looking for an Austrian type bread recipe to satisfy my husband.

Whole Wheat Honey Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2005
I have made this 3 times and my family loves it. Best bread machine recipe ever! I added the 4.5 tsp of gluten recommended by someone else. I used stone ground wheat from a local mill the first 2 times and the last time I used Pillsbury whole wheat. I must say, there is a difference in flours, the stone ground fresh wheat made a nice grainer bread. I will definately get some more just to make this bread. Its going to be a staple in our house from now on. Excellent for sandwiches too, slices perfectly. I use the dough cycle and bake in my oven.

Amish White Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2005
My family devoured a whole loaf in one meal. I used my bread machine dough cycle to do the work for me and it worked out great. I put the wet ingredients including the yeast first and then the dry. I had a picture perfect loaf of homemade bread with very little effort.

Chocolate Banana Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2005
This is my new Banana Bread recipe. My family LOVED it. Its amazing what a little chocolate can do. I think the sour cream did wonders too, its moist like a cake. Great for breakfast with coffee. I followed recipe to the t except I halfed it. Wasn't sure if I wanted 2 loaves of something I never tried, but next time, I will make the whole recipe and freeze a loaf.

Blueberry Buckle

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2005
I double this recipe and bake in 13 x 9. I also skip on the topping and add extra blueberries on top. They cook right into the cake. This lasts less than 24 hours in my house and my neighbor loved it too.
