I have made this 3 times and my family loves it. Best bread machine recipe ever! I added the 4.5 tsp of gluten recommended by someone else. I used stone ground wheat from a local mill the first 2 times and the last time I used Pillsbury whole wheat. I must say, there is a difference in flours, the stone ground fresh wheat made a nice grainer bread. I will definately get some more just to make this bread. Its going to be a staple in our house from now on. Excellent for sandwiches too, slices perfectly. I use the dough cycle and bake in my oven.
