Great recipe, the only problem I ran into was that it needed more water probably around 1 cup to 1 1/4 cup. After making many batches I found the thinner wrappers (a little thinner than a crepe) turned out best for stuffing and frying.

Real Hummus

Naan

I had never made Naan before, but I often make my own breads this recipe is awesome the Naan turned out just like the picture, the only thing I had to do differently was use an electric skillet as I did not have the grill skillet that they used in the video was so delicious I made it with Jamie Olivers Chicken Skewers/Amazing Satay Sauce Yummy!
