Loved this recipe! Made very slight changes. First, i cut the recipe in half since there are only two of us. Secondly, I used turkey sausage instead of bacon. Thirdly, I added 3/4 teaspoon of dry mustard to the eggs before adding to the hash browns and sausage. I covered it for part of the baking time and baked it for an hour and ten minutes. I have always made a breakfast casserole for Christmas morning and this is the best I have made. I really like that it doesn't have bread and includes hash browns. In the past I made a separate hash brown casserole. This made it so much easier. Thank you parothstein for sharing!
