These lived up to their name. I made them Saturday afternoon to take to Sunday dinner. They were still soft, and everyone loved them.
I don't have a bread machine or a Kitchen Aid, so I mixed the dough, kneaded it until it was elastic and all the flour was mixed in, and let it rise until doubled. Then I followed the recipe.
I made 24 per pan instead of 15, though I will likely stick with 15 next time as the 24 were kind of small. I gave this recipe 4 stars because the rolls just did not look good. I tried really hard to have smooth tops, but nothing worked. Maybe I kneaded it too long?
Also, I forgot the egg in one batch and that dough turned out just a little less elastic than the batch with the egg. Either way, it was a good recipe that I will make again.
