Microwave Bread and Butter Pickles

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
The BEST pickle I've EVER MADE. I could hear my son crunching on them from across the kitchen. Followed everything, but added a little less sugar- about 3/4 cup. Also processed for 10 minutes immediately after canning in a boiling waterbath, just in case. Now...off to find more cucumbers... THANK YOU!!

Premium Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2010
Absolutely AWESOME! This is my new favorite recipe. I did the sponge method, and pre baked my crusts, put the toppings on when I was ready, and then stuck them back in the oven on a pizza stone for an additional 10 minutes. The outside was crisp and the inside nice and chewy. Thanks for the recipe!

Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2010
Very close to the taste of what I order at my favorite Indian Restaurant. I nixed the cayene and the jalepeno b/c of my children and I axed most of the salt per reviewers. I missed the heat, but I can add a bit more in next time, I'll leave it all in and the kids can eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Great recipe!

Mom's Best Peanut Brittle

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2009
Hands down the easiest and best peanut brittle recipe I've ever tried. I used dry roasted peanuts AND honey roasted (added at 275) and they both tasted amazing. I did prewarm the cookie sheets at 350 degrees and it spread like a dream. This is my new standard...thanks for the great recipe!!!

Bread Machine Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2009
This was by FAR the best pizza dough that I have ever made. It was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. DELICIOUS! I added a little sun dried tomato basil seasoning while my breadmaker was mixing and I also used bread flour. Turned out PERFECT. Thank you so much for the recipe.

Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2009
These are SO DELICIOUS! They are best if you make the batter and then chill for 3+ hours. The texture is less eggy and more rich and chocolaty. Thanks for the great recipe! It's going in the box!

Peanut Butter Bars I

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2008
I was really disappointed in this recipe. It didn't in any way, taste like a peanut butter cup. The chocolate was SO over powering (usually not a bad thing). The peanut butter was 'deadened' by the addition of the graham cracker crumbs. I did like the texture, but that was about it. I won't be making these again.

Zucchini Pineapple Bread I

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2007
This was awesome bread!! I used 3 eggs, put in 2 t. baking powder, added double the cinnamon, and did a sugar coat on the pan instead of flour and they came out perfect. The bread is flavorful and moist. YUM! I have a lot of zucchini to use up and this is my new favorite!

Richer than Bill Gates. SO GOOD! I used sugar free pudding and cool whip. I also added crushed oreos between layers. This recipe is heavenly, but have a full glass of milk waiting!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2006
In one word: awesome. I made this for a party and it went over very well. I made the salsa the day before, and while it got a little runny- I still loved it. I made my chips a little differently as well. Instead of spraying them (I didn't have spray on hand) I used a pastry brush and some melted margarine. It worked great!! It was a fanastic recipe that had several people asking "how did you make that?!"

Ganache I

Was very easy to make- I didn't particularly like the bitterness of it so I will try a different chocolate next time. Also, I must have overwhipped it (used it for a filling) because it became very crumbly and dry in my cake. :( Good recipe though- I'll try it again sometime.

Iced Mocha Fusion Shake

What a great treat to make with items that you already have at home. I loved this recipe and my hubby and I enjoy it on hot summer nights when we want a taste of coffee, but also want to be refreshed. Great for those not wanting to make a cold coffee drink with ice cream (calories).

I LOVE this recipe. It was so hearty and filling! I'm planning on making this for family next week. I like it because you don't have to have a lot of ingredients around the house to make it. . 2 thumbs up!
