This recipe is good and something I will make again with just a few tweaks. Normally, baked rigatoni is nothing special around our house; just something I through together when I have very little time. Tonight, I was going with the same ol' when I found this recipe. My pasta was already boiling so I had very little time and not all the listed ingredients. I accidently used two eggs but I was pleased with the result. I used jarred spaghetti sauce and I think that added a nice flavor. I mixed all the ingredients together instead of layering them. Finally, I tempered the eggs with the bechamel sauce (white sauce) because I was afraid they would scramble (they actually were fine). Next time, I will add the parmesan cheese to the bechamel sauce to give it a little flavor. Thanks for the recipe!
