Oven Roasted Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2012
These are great!! I made them at Christmas and everyone raved about them! Don't listen to the other review saying that there are too many herbs and you should go more simple, follow the recipe to the T and you won't be sorry!! Making more right now.

Fruit Pizza I

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2009
I have used this recipe for a long time now! Every time I make it everyone says it's so good. My advice is NOT to buy the cookie dough from the store, some have said that it does not make a difference in the taste, but believe me it does! Those store bought cookie doughs have so many perservatives in them, they don't taste as fresh as made from scratch dough. Take the extra 10 minutes to mix the ingredients for the dough, you'll be happy you did. If you have stoneware, this bakes great on the round stone. Don't overbake the dough or it will get too crunchy, unless you like it like that. This is a great summer dessert to bring to BBQ's and get-togethers.

Orange Cream Fruit Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2009
I've been making this for a long time and decided I better (finally) rate it! It is sooooo yummy, light, refreshing, and easy to make. The nice thing is that you can choose the fruits you want to use. For the person who gave it one star, are you sure you made this correctly? Definitely try this recipe!

Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2009
This was yummy. I didn't have green peppers on hand so I used red instead, and the flavor was great. I also wanted the sauce to be smooth, so after I cooked the ground beef, I put it in my food processor and ground it for a second and then added it to the sauce. Next time I'm going to add some serrano pepper to kick it up a bit!

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2007
This is awesome and easy! I have been making this now since Thanksgiving of 2003 and my family raves about it! My in-laws had it last year and now they request it all the time! I follow the recipe exactly, except now I use the french fried onions on top instead of the crackers - FABULOUS!

Mexican Style Shredded Pork

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2007
This was very good. I did modify the recipe. Instead of water I used a 12oz. bottle of beer (which was a tip on another review) and I added 1/2 an onion. I also seasoned the meat before I put it in the crock-pot with salt, pepper, the garlic, and Chef Merito Adobo. I cooked the meat for about 4 hours and it shredded perfectly. I served it with corn tortillas, rice, sour cream, and cheese. This was excellent and my husband raved over it!

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2006
Absolutely awesome!!! My husband, myself, and our 4-year old loved this soup! It is simple to make. I doubled the batch and it lasted us about one week, thanks to my husband bringing it to work for lunch almost everyday until it was gone. I recommend this to everyone looking for a tasty, hearty, delicious soup. I served it with a crusty french bread which I picked up hot and fresh from a local grocery store.

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2006
This recipe is absolutely delicious. I followed the recipe exactly except I did add a handful of mini marshmallows on the top because my husband had to have them. The marshmallows were good because it made the topping kind of sticky. I made it for Thanksgiving and my entire family loved it and my sister-in-law just called for the recipe. Thank you so much for this recipe- I will never go back to the old way I used to make sweet potatoes.

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2006
This was excellent. I made it for my brother-in-law for his birthday- it was a total hit! He is a chocoholic and absolutely loved it- my whole family did. Some of the guests thought I bought it at a cake store- it was that good! I followed the recipe exactly, except I did have to add a 1/2 cup milk like one other person noted because my batter was extremely thick! This was great. I used the Creamy Chocolate Frosting recipe from this website and it turned out wonderful. I can't wait to make it for my husband who missed the birthday party!

Grant's Famous Midnight Grill BBQ Sauce

Reviewed: May 15, 2005
This is an awesome recipe for bbq sauce. My husband looved it and we have used it a more than once already. The great thing about it is that it's so easy to prepare! I omitted the whiskey and red pepper flakes because of my daughter. Even with omitting those two ingredients, this was awesome. This is a keeper and I will use it from now on!
