Soft Christmas Cookies

Chinese Barbequed Spareribs

I made these for new years party and they were great. I didn't use the 5 spice powder cause my supermarket didn't carry it. Also I used red instead of white wine and regular cranberry suace instead of jelled. First they smelled just like the restaurant then they tasted the same. So good, everyone pigged out on them.

Golden Pork Chops

Wonderful dish. I did do some changes and followed others direction to braise the chops and saute the onions in butter. I didn't have mushrooms and added red pepper. I also added garlic, 1/2 cup sour cream and 1/2cup white wine to the soups mixture. My family had seconds and mom even licked the plate, literally. This is a keeper.

Easy Chicken Satay

I added a little dash of red pepper flakes to both the chicken and sauce for a small kick. Then served this as a salad. It was wonderful.
