Chicken Noodle Casserole I
As is... bland. So bland my kids put ketchup on it. I remade it. 1 can crm of mush. 1 can crm of chick. 1 1/4 c sour cream. 4 chicken breasts. 1 box cork screw noodles. About 2 Tbsp onion powder, about 2 Tbsp garlic powder, about 2 Tbsp celery seed. Salt/pepper to taste. Covered in Land-O-Lakes white American cheese (I buy it from Meijer deli.... it's AMAZING). Bake 15-20 minutes. Yummmmm!

Grilled Salmon I
This recipe was great! I cooked mine in the oven since I live in Michigan and it is January :) I marinated just as the recipe says and then place the fish on an ungreased cookie sheet lined with foil. I turned in the broiler, and while I waited for it to heat up, I started cooking the bottom on the glass top stove on high. I just placed the sheet right over the glass. Once the broiler was ready, I put the fish one the first rack directly under the broiler for about 7 minutes. I then switched the over to bake at 350 and baked on the center rack for about 20 more minutes. My filet was VERY thick, so I checked it every 5 minutes after the first 10 on bake. It was moist and wonderful! Even my 4 year old and 5 year old ate it! (the asparagus was another story :)

This was the BEST Guac I have ever tasted! I used more lime than the recipe called for, but my limes were a little dry. I blended everything except the tomato and half of the onion in the blender... then mixed in the remaining onion and tomatoes. SO GOOD!!!! I have shared this recipe with so many people.
