About this Cook
I started cooking more when I met my husband. It's just more fun to cook for someone else rather than whipping up a whole meal for only yourself! Plus, I know he really appreciates my special recipes and loves me to try new things out on him!
My favorite things to cook
I really love to bake. Some of my favorite things to bake are iced gingerbread cookies, thumbprint cookies with jam, and any kind of brownies!!
My cooking triumphs
I think my best triumph is attempting was wonderful!! Also, I made a killer pumpkin soup last thanksgiving.

Mexican Cream Cheese Rollups
These are so good! A friend of mine made them for my going away party at work and then I made them a few days later for my husband! I added cumin and chopped fresh mushrooms. Delish!
