Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I
AMAZING!! These came out delicious! I was a bit skeptical when I was mixing the ingredients; it looked like it'd be so dry. But it all came together so nicely. I took the advice of another reviewer and baked them at 375 for 8-10 mins. This made them soft and moist. I also used 1 tsp of vanilla extract. I used mini chocolate chips since that's all I had, but I think it made them that much better! They looked, and tasted, amazing. :)

Chess Cake
This recipe was awesome! It didn't require a long list of ingredients and it was super simple. I used fat-free egg substitute since that's all I had on hand and I used about 3-3/4 cup confectioners sugar because I figured it was really sweet anyways and I was right. My boyfriend said it's the best thing I've made :) I only got rave reviews, everyone liked it a lot. It really was delicious.

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
The name says it all. Everyone loved these cookies. I'd say they're the best chocholate chip cookies I've ever baked, hands down. They're moist and sweet and delicious. The directions are clear and the ingredients are simple which is what I like. I didn't use Mexican vanilla extract because I didn't have any, but clearly it didn't hinder the results. These honestly are amazing!!
