Great recipe, but I was in a hurry so I bought a bag of cocktail meatballs from Albertson's, then made the sauce on the stove, then poured it on top of the frozen meatballs in a slow cooker and let it heat on high for an hour. Had to deliver to my (teacher) daughter's classroom. One thing, many of these cocktail meatball recipes call for "chili sauce" but they don't say what kind. As I searched through the store I found at least 5 different kinds from mild to very hot asian type. I settled on a Thai sweet and spicy sauce made by Maggi, then followed the rest of the recipe.
