The Best Parmesan Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2012
I used chicken tenders instead. Flavor was good. However, some of the croutons were still too crunchy. Next time, I will make sure they are submerged with liquid. Very easy to make for a busy week night.

Black Bean Soup with Bacon

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2012
I did change a few things but very few. First, I had dry beans on hand so I used those and instead of bacon, I used real bacon bits. I also used a can of whole kernel corn and a can of rotel tomatoes but omitted the carrots. All in all, it had a very good flavor and came together very easily.

Mama's Asian Chicken and Rice

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2012
Absolutely wonderful and super easy. My family likes noodles so in place of the rice, I cooked spaghetti noodles, added to chicken in skillet and tossed. Like others, I did not have the Chinese five spice so I sprinkled in some ginger, curry, and cayenne.

Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce

Reviewed: May 23, 2012
This is an awesome recipe. I only made a few changes due to what I had on hand. I used 1 regular size can of diced tomatoes with garlic and oregano, 2 regular size cans of tomato sauce and 1 regular size can of tomato paste. Everyone raved about it! I made it up on a Saturday night, put in the fridge and then put it in the crock pot before going to church. Excellent!

Awesome!!! This could even be mixed up a bit for other holidays with other candy ingredients. I will definitely use this again and again.

Loved it! I did follow the suggestions of others and used the Lipton soup mix. It was probably easier and faster and still tasted great!

I used cooked cubed chicken, cubed smoked sausage and cooked cubed ham since I don't like shrimp. It was fantastic!!! So much better than the Zatarain's box I usually get!

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2011
This is awesome and so easy. I did follow the others' advice and buy beef stir fry strips, doubled the water, bouillon and cornstarch to have more sauce, and added my peppers in the last hour of cooking. Wonderful!

Southwest Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2011
When I went to eat left overs, I cut the chicken into cubes and sprinkled colby jack cheese on top of mixture, heated, and had it with tortilla chips. Great take on nachos!

Mary's Meatloaf

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2011
This was a really great recipe. I made two changes, one by accident. My first change, the accidental one, was a reduction of the mustard by 1 tbsp in the meat mixture (misread ingredients, in a hurry). The second change was a reduction of the onion to 1/2. Still very good and flavorful.

Best Beef Dip Ever

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2011
This is truly the best beef dip ever! The only changes I made was using beef broth in place of the water and low sodium soy sauce as others had recommended. I have made it many, many times and everyone had loved it.
