Quick Savory Cranberry Glazed Pork Loin Roast

Tought this was great. Do not overcook. I took out when meat reached 155. Also kept some sauce to the side that I served over the meat.

Three Cheese Green Salad

Reviewed: May 28, 2008
I made this last night to go with some steaks we cooked on the grill. I used sliced swiss cheese which I cut into small pieces. I also used red balsamic vinegar, since I did not have white. The response from my husband was "This is one of the best salads you have made. Thanks for the great recipe. I will be making this again!

Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2008
This is such an easy dinner to make and the taste is fantastic. I have made many times. Serve with mashed potatoes and make extra gravy. I am under orders from my daughter that I can't make this on nights she won't be home.

My family just loves this marinade. I have used it on many different steaks. I have even marinaded roasts and grilled them. You won't be disapointed in this.

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2007
My family really enjoyed these! I just used the last batch out of the freezer and plan on making more this weekend. Made them last night using a milk gravy as a sauce with garlic mashed potatoes. My husband took some to work and just called to let me know I need to give him 3 copies of the recipe. Thanks again for posting this.

Turkey-Curtido Sandwiches

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2007
Made these sandwiches and thought they where good. They are messy so be prepared. My husband and daughter enjoyed them also. Instead of cutting up the cabbage I bought a bag of coleslaw mix which already had carrots in it so I used that. Worked out great. I still put in water like recipe says. Will make again. My daughter said I should get a job a subway told her I will pass. Thanks for the recipe.

To me this dish was just okay. I really did not get much flavor out of the marinate. I have other ones that I like much better. Don't think I will make again. Sorry

Southwestern Roasted Corn Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2007
Made for dinner last night and everyone really enjoyed this. It did take time to grill corn, but using fresh sweet corn really makes this dish. I'm not sure it would have tasted the same if I had used frozen corn.

Pirates' Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2007
Made this for dinner and my 15 yr old daughter wasn't sure she wanted to try it Once she did she informed me that this is now her favorite meal it even beats out pizza and tacos in her opinion. I did not have any ginger, only had curry paste and used honey instead of golden syrup. My daughter and I really enjoyed this and we will be making this again. Thanks for this recipe!

Black Bean and Corn Salad II

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2006
Made this last night to go with some chicken breast that I marinated in a southwest seasoning and then grilled. The only change I made was I added 1/2 each of red & green peper and used red onion instead of green. Just loved the salad! I left in fridg. for my hubsband to have when he came home from work at midnight. There was note on counter this morning that he thought it was excellent! He doesn't say that often. I also brought to work today and ate with some Pepper Jack Dorito's, it was delicious that way. Thanks for posting this recipe.

Made this last night and I thought it was great. All I had was bow tie pasta, so that is what I used. Also added more garlic. Even my daughter who had dinner before ate some because it smelled so good, Thanks for the recipe.

Mandarin Orange Pork

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2005
Thought this was really good. All I had was pork steak so I used that just cut it up into smaller pieces. I did add a few hot pepper flakes and was out of cashews so I used peanuts. My daughter was sure she would not like this. She came back for seconds and asked if she could have the leftovers for dinner tonight.

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2003
Okay I will admit that I was skeptical before I made this. I wanted to make soup for supper and I saw the recipe. I read all the reviews and was impressed, so I thought I would give it a try. I did use chicken breast, which I seasoned. Even when it was cooking I was sure that my family would not enjoy. I couldn't of been more wrong. My husband and daughter and I loved it. I felt bad that my son wasn't home for dinner he really missed out. I would of liked it with a little more kick and my husband agreed. My daughter thought it was perfect the way it was. I have already passed it along to my co-workers. Thanks for the great recipe.

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2002
This was good, but I think my green bean casserole taste better. They are very close, but you need to saute onions in butter until soft add flour, salt sugar and dash of pepper. Remove from heat add sour cream. Spread over green beans and top with swiss cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
