Jambalaya II

I made this recipe awhile ago and had freezed the leftovers. We heated them up the other night and it was SOOOO GOOD! I am going to make this again, I don't think I changed anything on the recipe..... Thanks!

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

This is a simple and great way to make chicken! I usually use onion cut up on the bottom instead of the foil pieces, it gives the chicken more flavor and still does the same job as the foil! You can use the chicken for soooo many things! I use it for shredded chicken in my mexican dishes! YUMMY!!! Thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

This comes out soooooo creamy!!!!! WOW! This is great because a lot of times when making mashed potatoes it's the last thing you end up making because they need to be hot! You can make this and they will stay warm until you need them! I love it! Thank you for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

These were by far the best ribs I have ever had!!! I did add some regular and honey bbq sauce about 1 1/2 cups WITH the ketchup! It seemed to need a little more sauce to cook in. These were such a hit! I will make these over and over and over again! Thank you sooo much!

Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary

SOOOOOOO GOOD! I made this for 9 people and everyone loved it! They thought I put a lot of work into it when it was the easiest thing I made at the table! I served it with steamed artichoke and twiced baked potato, it went perfectly!!!!!!!! I did use extra lemon and added some italian seasonings! I am making this again soon! Thanks for the recipe!

Twice Baked Potatoes

Very good! I do recommend to cut back on the onion! I LOVE onions and I had doubled the recipe to make 8 potato's and halfed the onion's because it seemed like a lot to me and it was still very potent. Very good though! Thanks for the recipe! I will make this again!

Spinach Balls

Very good! I have friends that don't eat meat and I have been looking for a good appetizer for them and this turned out PERFECT! I froze the left overs and reheated them a week later and they were still very good! I will make this again! Thanks for the recipe!

All Day Macaroni and Cheese

I don't know if I did something wrong but it wasn't as good as I thought it would be! I know that a couple people took off the lid to look at it and that could be why it came out funny.....?????? I cooked it for 7 hours on low and it was completely burned on the bottom. Make sure to use the cooking spray and my suggestion is to maybe add more cheese when putting this together! Overall a good recipe and I will try making this again! Thanks for the recipe!

Baking Powder Biscuits I

These were good. I liked these because they were so easy to make. I will make these again! My husband really liked him and asked me why I have never made these for him before! I halved this recipe and it still was good. I added a bit of sugar and put less baking powder because I was worried about having the biscuits taste like baking powder! Overall a great recipe! Cheddary Artichoke Snacks

These were a hit! I used shredded mozzerella cheese and sprinkled with basil and garlic powder! Very Good! I would like to experiment with the bread and cheese types. Keep them warm though they were not very good when they got cold. I will make these again! They were just to easy and so delicious! Make these -you won't regret it!

Chicken Pot Pie II

WOW! This was the best chicken pot pie I have ever had! I didn't have frozen vegetables so I used 1 1/2 cans of peas and a cup of fresh chopped carrots cooked in the microwave. Very simple and very good! I will make this recipe for years to come! Thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Chili

Very good! I used about 1 1/2 lbs of ground beef and I only used three cans of kidney beans (it just seemed like a lot of beans)with one green pepper. Also, I added garlic powder, salt and pepper and used A LOT more chili powder than the recipe called for. I used about four tablespoons. It was a little watery so I added a small can of tomato paste! I thought it was a great recipe overall! I will make this agian without a doubt! Thank you!

Swiss Chicken
