The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

They come out very soft & moist! (do not overbake & roll out the dough thick) Used 2.75 cups sugar instead of the 2 cups listed, which was great. Irresistible cookies! We each ate 4 cookies while frosting them! Would rec'd making frosting by mixing together soft butter (room temp), powdered sugar, milk, and splashes of almond & vanilla extract. We made these for sister's weekend, and all agreed these are better than our mom's cut out cookies!
