i actually burnt the first batch- lol i never burn cookies!!!! these cookies are so delicate- i lowered the temp to 325 and cooked them much less time- i also added toasted pecans and dried cranberries for a Xmas flare!!!

Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie I

this is sooooooo good if you love peanutbutter!! The only problem i found is that you need to work quickly!! so keep that in mind and have everything ready... I added to the top of mine the chocolate that gets hard when you put it on ice cream- yummieeeeee.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Unbelievable!!! I used vanilaa wafers for the crust- just for a change- I like the sweeter taste of them- Cheesecake- soooooooooooo good - a added some lemon juice and took away some of the milk - it was amazing!

Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins I

I did modify this as per some of the reviews and they are sooooooooooo yummie! I didn't have yogart so I used 1 cup of milk and the juice of one lemon instead. I also used the zest of 2 lemons and instead of poppy seeds i used cranberries (frozen, whole) So good!!

Ham and Cheese Quiche

This quiche was so good! I used a ready made crust, stuck in all the ingredients, baked and voila! Doesn't get easier than that!

Chicken Marsala II

I just wanted to add a new review- I make this so much. Tastes good with garlic smashed potatoes! But- I prepared the chicken the same way but grilled it on the BBQ- so tastey. Just a good summery idea! Enjoy

Tortilla Rollups II

I loved this recipe and so did all my guests! The only thing I did different was add a little more salsa so it was easier to spread. Also, you need to chop green onions very thin so you can spread nicely! Yummy yummy

Best Broccoli Casserole

Yummie- I added to this some left over chicken cut up and I only had one can of soup so I added a can of milk. Also, I don't have instant rice so I used long grain and cooked it as on the package, then went from there. It was very tastey, although I think it would be better with the 2 cans of soup.

Lemon Squares I

I was impressed with these squares. They are very easy to make- I opted not to put the walnuts and instead used coconut. I also followed a couple of the reviews and added less sugar.
