About this Cook
I add a lot of recipes and ALWAYS make my own adjustments. Don't think I've ever correctly followed a recipe! But that's how cooking is. Having fun and experimenting with what you got!
My favorite things to cook
Desserts! Cookies and anything sugary. Being a better cook than my husband :)
My favorite family cooking traditions
My grandmother's amazing, irreplacable pies!

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III
I made cupcakes from this recipe and it's super chocolatey. If you don't enjoy chocolate or really rich flavor don't make it. It's amazing. I suggest adding more sugar than it says. I made a homemade caramel buttercream frosting that definitely made it so much better!

Steak Tip Marinade
We LOVED it. I actually didn't have any Italian dressing so it's probably very different. But honestly I'd omit it again because it was so good.

Grilled Salmon I
I have tried this recipe twice because it's got such high ratings and I thought it was me or my soy sauce/salmon/something was bad but I can't stand this recipe and I've followed it to the T. My husband and I hate it. The last time I made it I couldn't even finish it I about threw up. I don't know what it is because I know I can cook and my food isn't rotten or bad. Im sure I'm the only 1 star rater but I'm not going to star something I can't stomach.
