Spring Rolls

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2012
Great spring rolls! Amazing flavors and even better leftover from frozen state, baked at 350 for about 8-10 minutes!! I used the sausage crumbles instead of seafood, due to allergies to shellfish. I used 2 bags of coleslaw mixture to even out with one bag of sausage crumbles. Didnt use noodles. Also added another TBS of soy sauce and 1tsp chicken granules, 1tsp sugar. Oops! It seems I changed the recipe a bit. I got 30+ delicious spring rolls!

Baked Dijon Salmon

This fish is adorable tasting! Even my kids that hate seafood loved this one! They said it looked like a shark before I baked it, lol. (*Skin side*) It was very juicy with outstanding flavor. We ate it with a side of Mexican rice!!

Cinnamon Belgian Waffles

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2012
Pretty good waffles for my first attempt. I used gluten- free all- purpose flour because of wheat allergies and they turned out delicious! Before I made the waffles, I made the strawberry syrup on this site. Both of them together, Phenomenal!! A. must. try!!

Cinnamon Bun Icing

This was just Ok. The sweetness overpower the cream cheesey taste that I had hoped for. Not bad if you really like sweet with a hint of cream cheese.

Classic Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2011
Wow, success! ! This is a great recipe. I was able to make 3 dozen from the original recipe of 24 servings. Big, light and fluffy. I baked one pan and flash froze the other 2 pans before the last rise. I did add more of the cinnamon sugar/butter mixture per previous reviews and it was perfect for the size the dough swelled out to. They baked up more tender on the edges when I used the disposable aluminum type pan compared to my darker, everyday pan. This was my first try at cinnamon rolls and was pretty impressed with the results. You won't want to miss out on these, try it!!!

Wow, Mmmm!! These are so good!! I did cut the sugar down to 1 3/4 cup for the cookies though and it had the perfect amount of sugar needed.

Mayonnaise Biscuits

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2011
Wow, I can't believe how delicious these came out for such an effortless labor biscuit!! I've been wanting to try this recipe for years, but was a little skeptical because of the ingredient "mayonnaise?"in a biscuit?? The two I just never thought would pair up, but they do and wonderfully. They went perfect with my sausage gravy, mmmm. Also never thought that I would be eating mayonnaise and grape jelly at the same time, but I have!! And will be quite often!!! This recipe is a keeper, try it for yourself.
