Super Crunch Oven Cooked Honey Dipped Wings

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2010
Yummy yummy! A made exactly as directed, except I served the warmed honey on the side (personal preference). I also switched the red pepper flakes in the honey for lime zest since I was making it for kids and they couldn't get enough of it. Soooo good. Making more right now since I only got my hands on one little wing!

Butternut Squash Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2008
I am pleasantly surprised. I've never had butternut squash before at all, but decided to be adventurous. This was yummy. I roasted the squash in the oven and used about 4 oz. of cream cheese. My kids will probably even eat it!! :)

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I've made these so many times and they always turn out great. I've done them with both an icing or glaze... I prefer the glaze. Great for school parties.

Ice Cream Sandwich Desserts

I loved this! It's now the requested dessert when we go camping with our friends. Just make it at home and stick it in the freezer. I looked like a dessert goddess!! No one needs to know, right?

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2007
I love this soup SOOOO much. Don't even read the recipe anymore I've made it so often. I actually make it first thing in the morning (brown sausage, then veggies on the stove), dump everything (except tortellini) in the slow cooker on low. Simmers all day. When we're ready to eat I cook the tortellini separately and then throw it in with some fresh basil leaves and/or spinach. Yummy yummy. I've only ever used canned tomatoes -- easier. Probably takes 15-20 minutes of effort. Crusty bread and a salad and voila!! Whole house smells incredible. Sometimes I add extra fennel to up that italian sausage taste.

Honey Lime Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2007
These got rave reviews at the party I made them for, but I didn't really get the lime flavor. Next time I'll up the zest/juice to balance a bit more with the honey. Yummy. Served 'em alongside Buffalo wings for those of us who like spicy!!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Made these for a block party this weekend. They were AWESOME! Sprayed them with cooking spray and baked them in the oven @ 400 for about an hour. The guys were all snooping thru my fridge looking for more around midnight!

Parmesan-Black Pepper Arborio Rice Pilaf

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2006
Yum yum yum. Turned out great. Took a bit longer than 12 minutes for me, but not much. Added some garlic in with the onion, and a bit of thyme to balance the thyme in the chicken I served it with. Awesome.

Absolutely fantastic. Waiting for the pasta water to boil is the most work you'll do for this one! Super easy and delicious!

Very disappointing. I feel sorry for those who gave this such a great rating. There's sooooo much better out there! This one was just boring. My kids wouldn't even eat it.
