Smothered Chicken Breasts
We loved this, I would probably make some changes next time that I read on the reviews here - making the bacon first, cooking the chicken in the bacon drippings, sticking the whole thing in the oven after so the cheese and onions all melt together.

Sunshine Chicken
Family loved this. Skipped the corn syrup, added more garlic and a little ground ginger, plus spiced up the meat before basting with a sesame ginger spice mix. Easy and yummy!
