Jo's Rosemary Bread

My husband asks for this bread regularly. I make it according to instructions, except I used fresh rosemary from my garden and a little bit of oregano. I make it in my breadmaker on the dough setting and then let it rise on a pan in a plastic bag in the oven. Then, I bake it as Muffinmom suggested. It turns out wonderfully!

Chef John's Pumpkin Bread

Delicious! Everyone at our dinner raved about it. I let it rise for 30+ hours (didn't have time to finish it the first night), but otherwise followed the recipe. It wasn't as pumpkiny as I expected, so next time I might use a whole cup. But otherwise, it was great. Thanks, Chef John! I'm glad I found you!

Mashed Chipotle Sweet Potatoes

This is one of our fall favorites. We serve it every time one of our fall holidays comes around, and everyone always raves about it! It's delicious, and very simple to make. If you bake the potatoes the same day you serve, it's even better, because the potatoes are still naturally warm and they haven't gotten cold yet. Will serve this year at my family's Thanksgiving.

Simply Roasted Artichokes

This recipe is amazing. I've tried it with regular sea salt and kosher salt, and kosher salt is definitely the way to go. Make sure that lemon juice gets on their fast, because they brown quickly. It's even better with baby artichokes, because you can eat the inner leaves whole.

Easy Spicy Roasted Potatoes

Delicious! I added a little apple cider vinegar to the olive oil, and used Tony Chachere's in place of chili powder. I also scattered some red pepper flakes on there for good measure. This recipe was just the thing to go with our meal. It could have even been our whole meal!
