Single mom with two awesome children (tween and teen) going to graduate school full time. I have no professional training in the kitchen and taught myself how to cook. I am rather proficient in the kitchen. :)
My favorite things to cook
Love using fresh ingredients - portobellos, onions, peppers, carrots, leeks, parsnips, fresh herbs, napa cabbage, ect...
I am from South FL so I love fresh fish.
Enjoy cooking Italian cuisine. Enjoy making manicotti, shells, lasagna, chicken Parmesan, homemade meatballs, ect...
My favorite family cooking traditions

I am always looking for fun recipes that I can include my children in the kitchen.
