Mexican Pizza I
Sounds like a tostada. I have made many variations of this. The recipe forgot the salsa. Essential if you ask me. I like the mini ones on corn chips, for appetizers. I have made the "pizza" as shown in the picture. I never named the creation. I don't put so much stuff on top or inside. The tortilla, tostada, chips, etc. may get soggy, and the beans don't get warm enough. It's good. It's college student food. It's good, use your imagination and make up your own.

Smokin' Jack BBQ Sauce
Very good. I used tomato sauce instead of ketchup. The BBQ sauce was awesome. I added some cayenne pepper as well.

Famous Japanese Restaurant-Style Salad Dressing
It's good. It's close to the Japanese Restaurant-Style Salad Dressing I am use to. It needs some adjustment. There has got to be some secret ingredient(s) I am missing. It's sweeter, and less salty. I may try some "salad supreme" (which BTW is the secret ingredient to awesome pasta salad), and substitute tomato paste for the ketchup. Maybe use some miso paste, that would make more sense then ketchup. Ketchup just doesn't seem right. I've never been to a Japanese restaurant where you can get ketchup.
