Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
I just made this recipe and ate a Black Bean Veggie Burger wrapped in a lettuce leaf! Let me tell you it was filling, did not fall apart, and I baked them in a pie tin. I froze two for later on. I topped thm off with a blob of refried beans and some fresh salantro! OMG! The are the bomb! I didn't even miss any hamburger really! I hope I can convince my hubby to try one when he gets home! My daughter really like it as well she gave it a 5 star as well! :) I did not have any trouble with it falling appart while baking. I can see a little trouble if grilling though. :) Thans for a great reicpe! It's a keeper!

Easy Mexican Casserole
I made this following the recipe submitted exactly! It was a HUGE Hit! Everyone had 2nds and there were no leftovers! I served this with Creamy Hot Bean Dip and tortillas and it was just awesome! We had jalepenos, taco sauce, and extra cheese for those who wished to spice theirs up the way they wanted! The only thing I did was instead of cheddar I had a bag of mexican blend cheese! Will definately be making this over and over! I can't wait to substitute chicken for the beef too, I bet it's just as wonderful! Thanks for submitting this Recipe!

Gooey Butter Cookies
I made these last night for a quick gift for two gentlemen at my daughters school that helped me get my car unlocked after I locked both sets of keys in it during a basketball game. My husband loved them! The yellowcake mix I had on hand had the pudding in the mix, which did not hurt it one bit. I followed directions and stirred in some toffee bits into the dough! They are very addicting! Will be making these again, and will also try different cake flavors! Lemon will be next! Thanks for the easy recipe! I did notice that when I used my pampered chef round stone, they spread a little more than on regular pizza pans, which I liked better on the stone.
