I just made this for the first time and LOVE IT! The only thing I did different was I added a splash of lemon juice (and I mean a splash!) and a dash of basil. I eyeballed the salt to be on the safe side because I do use cooking wine that has a salty taste already. I will definately be using this recipe over and over again!

Baked Ziti II

One word to describe this recipe...DELICIOUS! I did the same as a lot of other people did and added only 15oz riccotta and layered it. I aways had it mixed all together as a kid so next time I will try it that way and see if there is a difference. I did add ground hamburger with Italian Seasoning also. This is super easy and I will be making it again, and again, and again!
