great kick off recipe and the cooking time was right on. I didn't have any lemons so I squeezed an entire lime into my ovoo & seasoning salt. I think the lime (and probably the lemon) give these fries a little, unexpected kick. Gobbled up in no time! Thanks!

Easy Cheesy Cream of Broccoli Soup

Wow! Great recipe! Exactly what I had in mind when I began to crave soup for lunch. Of course I can leave well enough alone so I did tweak a bit. I used fresh broccoli which I poached in chicken stock then mashed with my potato masher. Then added the cream of mushroom soup, cheese, and one can of milk. I am going to top with a bit of shredded cheddar and enjoy my lunch! Perfect for a chilly afternoon :) Thanks!

Classic Thanksgiving Dressing With Parsley, Sage and Thyme

don't make my mistake leave the bread chunks bite sized... make them quite small or it becomes a bit like buttered croutons with some flavor. Also I think a bit more liquid is necessary. Okay but not what I invisioned...

Feta Cheese Foldovers

Tried this out for Thanksgiving appetizers... I adore the taste of feta but this just didn't do it for me. I lacks something and I am not sure exactly what that might be but unless I tweak this recipe a LOT I will not try it again.

Mack's Tunaburgers

I was looking for a cheap easy and differnt use of tuna and this caught my eye. The only difference was the use of Safflower oil instead of veg. oil. These are quite tasty, but be very careful of how much teriyaki sauce you use. It can become overwhelming. I would definitely try this again with a bit less sauce and maybe some onion chunks to give it a bit more texture. My husband and daughter LOVED them.

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

This makes a quite nice side dish. The flavors are strong though so pair it with similar tastes. I would recommend doubling the amount of broccoli and making 3/4 the amount of "sauce". A little goes a long way but it's mighty tasty!

Baked Cheese Olives

I have now made these for Thanksgiving and Christmas to the adoration of all my guests. The first preparation included black olives. Stick to the giant green olives. They make a much more savory bite. The black olives get kind of lost in the cheese. Great original idea

Golden Potato Soup

chilly, rainy day in GA and this seemed the perfect dinner option. Plus I had all needed items on hand! I did "tweak" a bit with the use of organic chicken stock instead of water. No American cheese on hand, but cheddar worked out nicely. I toasted English Muffins and put them in the bottom of the soup bowl. Quite a nice warming meal! Thanks for the recipe!

Kielbasa and Bow Ties

great idea and easy to prepare. I did add a few things like a bit of red wine (never hurts!) and some garlic feta cheese to the Ragu sauce. Nice and filling and should make wonderful left overs! Thanks!
