Clone of a Cinnabon
wonderful! I made exactly as stated, even though the dough seemed barely thicker than a thick batter. Beautiful texture, rose up very nicely. I think I'll use a different glaze next time, though, not sure what I didn't like about it... After reading lots of reviews, I used margarine in the dough but butter elsewhere, and baked at 350 for 25 minutes. I think 20-22 min would do it though, since mine were a little well done on the bottom. will definitely make again.

Yummy Quiche
Really good - I cooked the onions in the bacon grease beforehand, and used Cheddar-MJ cheese blend. Pretty heavy, not eggy. Needs the whole hour, even if it looks like it's done before. I pulled it out 5 minutes early, and I don't think it was quite done in the middle. Wonderful flavor, though, with the bacon and green chilies (I didn't drain my chilies and the quiche was still quite firm). I saw the author's review, and only used 1/2 cup of HnH. Probably could have used closed to a cup. Never thought I would say this about any dish ever... but maybe a little less cheese would be good. I will definitely make again, though. Family loved it.

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies
Very good. I made some with Rolos, and some with caramels, and made some in mini-muffin tins with Reeses tucked in the top. Made the Rolo-wrapped cookies in mini-muffin paper cups on a cookie sheet, and it helped them keep their shape. Took others' advice and added 1/4 c of cocoa and 1/2 tsp of salt. Will make these again!
