Very tasty chicken dish. After reading the reviews I made some simple changes to add more flavor and thicken the sauce. 1) I used 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs. 2) Marinated the chicken in the sauce all day. 3) Removed chicken from sauce and fried according to the directions. 4) Strained the sauce into a small saucepan and added 1 T. of cornstarch and heated until thickened, then poured over the chicken to bake. This came out very flavorful, sweet and sticky!
