Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2005
I made this quickie style because I didn't have 60 minutes. Put all the makings of the sauce in a sauce pan and added 1 1/2 cups skim milk. Heated through. Cooked 6 frozen boneless skinless breasts in the micro til done. Chopped chicken and added to the sauce. Meanwhile boiled the pound of angel hair. Placed angel hair on pretty platter and poured the sauce and chicken over top and sprinkled with fresh chopped green onion. Done in 20 minutes!! And looked so pretty too! Thanks!

Peanut Noodles

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2005
This is too heavy. You can't even suck up the noodles through your lips without having a big blob of goo hanging off you bottom lip. My peanutbutter lovin' kids were excused from having to even finish it. Will hunt for a better recipe.

Japanese Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2005
Very tasty chicken dish. After reading the reviews I made some simple changes to add more flavor and thicken the sauce. 1) I used 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs. 2) Marinated the chicken in the sauce all day. 3) Removed chicken from sauce and fried according to the directions. 4) Strained the sauce into a small saucepan and added 1 T. of cornstarch and heated until thickened, then poured over the chicken to bake. This came out very flavorful, sweet and sticky!

Kettle Corn

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2001
I made this recipe 3 times in one day and it turned out great each time. I followed everyone's advice and shook the pan like crazy. Sparks were flying everywhere and I even caught one of my hot mits on fire, which was terribly exciting do to the fact that I was wearing it! This is the most dangerously, delicious recipe ever and worth all the wounds!
