Chicken Stuffed Bundles

WAY too salty! The salt overpowers the chicken and celery. I also had a problem with the bundles sticking and burning to the pan. I had no trouble with the dough. I did not find this recipe time consuming either. I actually made two seperate batches after I decided each of my sons and husband would like at least two a piece. I gave my 3 star rating only with recipe as is which I followed. Now if the salt were cut at least in half and the gravy was doubled, I think it would have potential for 4 or even 5 stars. Thank you for the recipe!

Raisin-Filled Cookies

WOW! So good! These are melt in your mouth awesome! I only made the changes I had to for lack of supplies...used regular milk and increased by 2 tbsp because I didn't have any vanilla. I used 2 cups of wheat flour and 3 cups of white flour. I used two cups of raisins also.

Campbell's® 15-Minute Chicken and Rice Dinner

I heeded the others reviews and added poultry seasoning and garlic salt to the chicken, which I cut into one inch pieces before browning. I used "Italian Mixed Veggies" instead of just broccoli. Before serving I added just a small amount of cheddar to each plate.

Homemade Fresh Pumpkin Pie

The only thing I would do differently is make two batches of the pie filling for two pies. The pumpkin part of the pie was a little thin for two pies using only the ingredients called for. Tastes great!

This is a great recipe! Ready in under 15 minutes and I'm sure healthier than a boxed kind. I didn't microwave again for 4-5 minutes because mine was already smooth and steaming hot.

The Best Meatballs

These were a lot blander than what I expected. I followed the recipe to a T. Next time I'll try what others suggested and add cheddar and cornmeal, less eggs and less flour.

Potato and Cheese Frittata

This was the first frittata I have made. It was simple and tasty, although it could use a little kick. Green peppers and more onion perhaps. Also I think next time I will add some seasoning salt to the potatoes while they are frying.

Vanilla Pudding

I'm giving 5 stars for taste, but I would only give about 3 stars for consistency. After reading other reviews, I was prepared for thin consistency, but what I found what egg white consistency. This wasn't very appealing to my 7 and 4 year olds. I added fresh ground nutmeg and a little extra vanilla. The taste was outstanding, the consistency was not something I would serve.
