This was so good. Excellent for one of the first barbecues of the season. I used gluten free soy sauce, and omitted the salt. It was wonderful!

This was delicious, I took it to a Christmas party and it was really popular. I wasn't sure about the Indian flavors with the Brie but I'm glad I made it!

Thai Peanut Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2011
I just put this in the fridge to chill, but I can't stop licking the bowl. It is delicious! So easy, and made with ingredients I had on hand. I added 1/4 tsp Thai red curry powder, just to see how I'd like it--good and not overpowering. I'll be eating this on everything!

Bacon and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2010
Delicious, made this wonderful soup after hours of snowshoveling, it was great. Followed a reviewer's tip and used milk instead of water to reconsitute stock. I can't get low sodium stock right now, so I used regular but omitted salt. Next time I'll also omit red pepper--it doesn't need it.

Watermelon Summer Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
I thought this was very good. I prepped all the ingredients and home and transported them in seperate containers to mix just before serving. I used a sweet onion and I think next time I'll just use 1 T. olive oil.

Ginger Steak

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2008
I was really looking forward to this. It was afrantic day and I needed something quick. I followed the recipe exactly but all I could taste was dried basil. Sorry but this will not be re-appearing on my dinner table.

Caramelized Onion and Horseradish Smashed Potatoes

Reviewed: May 10, 2008
I thought this was really delicious. When I went to make it I found I had only 1 rather elderly potato. So I made instant mashed and added the seasonings. It was great and my guest had no idea I hadn't made it from scratch!

BUSH'S® Ten Minute Summer Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2008
I love this salad! It is quick and delicious and I never get tired of it. The only change I made was to substitute 2 Tablespoons of low-cal Greek salad dressing for the 1/4 cup of Italian dressing, just to lower the fat.

Spanakopita II

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2007
This was exactly the flavor I was looking for. Delicious! These were a big hit at the party I made them for. The only changes I made were to cut the veg. oil from 1/2 cup to 2 Tbsp and I only used about half the butter -- I just wanted a lower fat result. Thanks for sharing a great recipe.

I found these easy to make and faster than I expected. My first batch didn't hold together well, but I found adding another egg white fixed it. These were a very big hit, especially with my son's darling girlfriend.

Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2006
This was delicious, just what I was craving. I used olive oil instead of butter, and next time I'd add more onion, just because I like a lot of vegetables. But it was very good.

This salad is just delicious. It needs no adjustment, it is perfect.Believe me, I usually feel that no recipe should be left un-tinkered with. Even my son, who is a very picky eater, could not stop eating this.
