Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2011
Wow - any recipe that has 5 ingredients and takes less then 10 minutes to make and tastes this amazing is a winner! Rave reviews from everyone at the party. Definitely my new go to recipe.

Warm Blue Cheese Dip with Garlic and Bacon

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2011
Wow - I made this for Easter and the Easy cheese ball recipe with ranch and pecans. The cheese ball hardly got touched but they were scraping the bowl for the remainders of this. Delicious and EASY!

Avocado-Mango Salsa

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2008
Wow! I had a baby shower with way too many appetizers - the only one that was gone was this mango salsa. Costco has some delicious pre cut mango that made this super easy and delicious. Definitely let it sit in the refrigerator for about an hour before to get the full flavor.

Colorful Spinach and Prosciutto Side

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2006
Awesome! I am not much of a cook so when I was given the task of bringing a side dish I thought I was in trouble because I couldn't think of anything interesting....this was delicious and also looked good!

Baked Orange Roughy Italian-Style

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2003
I thought the ingredients made it sound sort of plain - but I was wrong. The flavor was outstanding!

Baked Scallops

Reviewed: May 7, 2003
So I am still the world's worst cook....but this made me look pretty darn good. I didn't use garlic - instead I used garlic salt. I also added crab and cooked it a little longer (about 30 minutes) to get a nice baked cheesey kind of taste. Wonderful!!!!

Baked Sesame Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2003
I cut the chicken into smaller pieces and added some bread crumbs. My six year old proclaimed these nuggets even better than McDonalds (=the ultimate compliment)!

Creme Brulee French Toast

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2003
You definitely need to adhere to the recipe when it says the bread needs to be thick. For me, the flavor was great but I cut the bread too thin and it was soggy. I will try it again and follow the directions....

Champagne Shrimp and Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2003
I think that I should have opted for a better champagne because the flavor was definitely strong. Also - it came out kind of soupy.

Maryland Crab Cakes I

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2002
They didn't look very pretty (I think that had more to do with me as the cook versus the recipe) - but they were very good. I added some corn to the mix and then used it as a main dish for my 6 year old and I. Very good!

Crab Quiche I

Very easy and nice dish. For next time - might consider adding some more flavor - maybe mushrooms?

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2002
I increased the amount of shrimp, decreased the pasta and used 1/2 regular tomoatoes and 1/2 sun dried tomatoes. It was great for a romantic dinner and then I personally devoured the leftovers the next day. Fantastic!
