This was very good, but the second time I made it I kicked it up a notch. I lightly sauted some yellow peppers, mushrooms and garlic in the pan then put to the side. In the same pan cooked porkchops, then moved them to a warm plate when done. When adding the honey and pecan I also added a 1/4 cup of white wine then added the already sauted veggies. Make sure to scrape up the little bits of crunchy bits from the pork chops. My boys love this dish!
