Creamy Chicken and Pasta Bake

Ok this dish definately has potential. I followed the recipe exactly as stated. The tomatoes did curdle the half and half. It may have needed more cheese or less half and half or maybe more cook time. I was bland but flavorful. I will have to doctor this up a little bit.

Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese

I made this exactly to specifications. I may never eat regular mac and cheese again. I mean it was delicious. The only thing I can say is that I would have like it to be a tad more creamy but otherwise AWESOME!

Onion Pan-Fried Pork Chops

This recipe made my chops delicious. I mixed my onion soup mix with some flour and then fried them and they came out great. My kids really liked them. Next time I think I will add garlic powder to enhance the flavor. thank you!

Honey Baked Chicken II

I actually liked this chicken. I think you definitely have to portion the honey, mustard and curry to you liking. I like curry so i added a little more that what was called for. It gave off an amazing aroma throughout my house but left a me a little wanting. I will definitely add a little more salt and some other ingredients when i make this again and I will make this again.

Key Lime Cake III

This cake was a hit. My younger son,11, loves key lime pie but wasn't sure if he would like this and he loved it. I took the advice of some and used key lime juice instead of orange juice. It came out great. I used buttercream frosting with no lime and it was delicious. I will definitely add this to the collection!

Peach Cobbler III

This quick cobbler came out ok. I had to make a gluten free version so my daughter could eat it. I mixed fresh and canned peaches which came out perfectly fine. I like my dough a little more solid than mushy but that could've been the gluten free all-purpose flour. If I would've had some ice cream I think that would have made it great! It was good though.

Simply Elegant Steak and Rice

I particularly liked this recipe and so did my kids. The gravy came our good and went well over the rice. I didn't use mushrooms and only 1/4c of sherry and it came out good. I used top sirloin also. I think I will have mashed potatoes and a veggie next time.

Apple and Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken Breast

I cooked this for my kids and myself and they liked and so did I! This was not bad at all. I added just a little bit of shredded mozzarella. I also used more apples and apple pie spice than the recipe called for. I used Gala apples but I think that I will use an apple with a little more flavor next time. I also sprinkled the rolled chicken breast with a touch of season salt. Otherwise, pretty good!

Pumpkin Bread VI

Garlic Lime Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp

I made this as an appetizer for my parent's anniversary dinner and they were ab-fab, darling! (Absolutely Fabulous). I loved the way the different flavors and textures meshed well together. This one's a keeper!

Grilled Honey-Soy Pork Steaks

This came out very good. I did not feel like lighting up the outdoor grill so I used my George Foreman and it worked just fine. I did wish I had bigger grilled onions with this so next time I will marinate slices of onions with it and grill it all. Very good! Thumbs Up! Most certainly a do again!

Fabulous Fried Cabbage

This recipes was good...not great but good. It, to me, was just boiled cabbage in chicken stock but my family did enjoy it as well as I. There definately wasn't any left. Thank you for the recipe

Savory Chicken Breasts

This was really good. I like simple recipes. I prepared it and stuck in the fridge until I got home and just slide it in the oven. I didn't have swiss so I used cheddar and my children devoured it. GOLD STAR for LEAGLE!

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake VII

I had never had a double layer pineapple upside down cake before and this was F-A-B-O-L-O-U-S! I made it for a familyget together and it was a hit.I did not have airon skillet so I used 2 9-inch cake pans. I doubled the butter and used a bit of cooking spray like another cook had suggeted. It released well from the pans with no problems

Brownie Caramel Cheesecake

AWESOMELY DELICIOUS!! I am a off-the-wall cheesecake lover and I was looking for a cheesecake I had never made before for a family who also LOVES cheesecake and it was a hit with the whole party. I made 3 thinking I could freeze one for another time but it never mad it to the icebox. I have been requested by a friend to make one for her wedding shower.
