Spicy Indian Chicken and Mango Curry
Wow wow wow. Made a double batch and we can't wait to eat the leftovers. I followed some of the other reviewers recommendations and added some cumin, shredded coconut and mini red and yellow peppers. I also added a couple tablespoons of peanut butter (makes it taste more like panang curry). Definite favorite in our house. Thanks so much!!!

Raspberry Pie III
YUMMY! I used fresh raspberries from the farm, substituted 1 cup agave syrup for the white sugar and followed other reviewers suggestions to increase the tapioca to 1/4 cup. I didn't add the butter either, and didn't miss it! Came out great, and a little lower fat and lower carb this way! I just got back from picking up another pie crust to make two more! Thanks for the recipe!

Jan's Pretzel Dogs
I've made this 3 times since i found it two weeks ago. A big hit with everyone from my 10 month old (tiny bits only) to my husband and my tween nieces. I used lowfat turkey dogs and i had trouble with them swelling way up in the oven, and then deflating and getting all wrinkled. The third time I made the recipe for the kids, I cut the hot dogs in half and i didn't leave any of the hotdog sticking out. They came out perfect! I've also used the leftover dough to make regular "auntie anne's" pretzels. So fabulous, I am addicted!!! Thank you.
