About this Cook
I enjoy antiques and the Chicago Cubs. I have a love for cooking but have a family that only likes about 5 different meals.
My favorite things to cook
I love baking the most
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family likes only hamburgers, spagetti, tacos, scrambles eggs and grilled chicken. I cant put anything weird in their food especially veggies or anything green. I am bored with these meals . I am going to now cook the way I want to and if they don't like it they can call pizza delivery.
My cooking triumphs
I made a seafood lasagna and it was to die for. Great reviews from my girlfriends
My cooking tragedies
Burned sloppy joes and a meatloaf made with a spoiled egg. (I didnt know it was bad)
Recipe Reviews 2 reviews
Beef Nacho Casserole
My family did not like this dish. It smelled good but it looked like mushy dog food when it was finished. The mircle whip give it a funky taste. Overall it was just bland.

Corn Dog Muffins
Had a picnic and these were gobbled up in no time. Instead of using muffin tins I just put all the batter in a 9x13 and cut them up in squares
