Grilled Salmon I
Absolutely delicious, flavorful yet not over powering. I did let it marinate over night. (used wild salmon filet with the skin) cooked in a basket on the grill. I served the salmon with summer squash that were sauteed with butter,onions,salt, pepper and when finished added bacon bits and parm cheese. Also had some creamy horseradish on the side to dip in. Pickled beets, cottage cheese, salad and a glass of wine!
I am going to make the marinate and put the fish in a small pan, freeze with marinate and then vacuum seal it. Ready for the grill.
