Artichoke Chicken

I have made this several times and it is one of my favorites! So creamy and so much flavor. I use skinless, boneless thighs still rolled up as they come from the package (I don't flatten them). I slice some fennel and onions and then put the thighs on top with the mayo, parm mixture. It takes way more than 30 min. Maybe 1hr 15 min.

Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken

I have made this several times and it always turns out awesome. I use six skinless chicken thighs and use goat's milk and double the sauce.
