I forgot to start this until late afternoon, so I cooked it on high for 1.5 hours and then 2 hours on low. I used "zesty" Italian dressing mix, reduced-fat cream of chicken soup, 4 oz. cream cheese, and about 1/4 cup sour cream. I'll make this again with these minor changes, but next time I'll use reduced-sodium soup to cut down on the saltiness. Thanks for the recipe!
