Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Thank you for this one! We are just about to sit down and eat BUT everyone has been picking from the pot for the last 15 minutes LOL The only thing I did different was use chicken broth instead of water and then added spices of our choice as a personal preference :)

Canadian Doughnuts

Not a bad creation. Certainly yummy, but definitely not like our Canadian "Beaver Tails." Just a tidbit of interesting information, in Hungarian, these delicious treats would be called Langos. A Hungarian food speciality, a deep fried flat bread made of a dough with flour, yeast, salt and water. At many fairs there is a booth that sells Elephant Ears and they use a tradional recipe as well because most of those booths are operated by a Hungarian owner or a member of the Hungarian dance troops. Hey, just food for thought! :)

Zucchini and Tomato Casserole

I have to tell you that I find it real frustrating when you read reviews and people have made sooo many changes to the original recipe!!! I made this weekend making it exactly as it is it written but made the one small decision to use olive oil rather than margarine. The flavours were fantastic! It was not watery at all and the cheese and dill....WOW! I think I will play with it a bit more in the future now knowing how great it is....and by that I just simply mean more cheese because I LOVE CHEESE......other than that...I wouldn't change a thing! It was great and we will definitely make this again!!! THANK YOU!

Oven BBQ Chicken Drumsticks

This was an absolutely fantastic meal!! Usually I do not rate recipes but this one deserved it! I did not use water as it would have been way too thin! I did add a tsp of garlic because my family loves garlic. Other than those two tiny changes, we left the recipe as is and followed all directions to a tee! We will definitely be doing this again!!!
