Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers
I made these and loved them! I strongly suggest sticking exactly to the directions (which I usually don't) because it has just the right amount of kick/flavor. Delicous! Also we put sharp cheddar cheese on instead of mozzerella and also put in some homemade guacamole which just sent it to heaven!

Real Hummus
Loved this! I made my own tahini with a cup of toasted sesame seeds (brown in 350 degree oven for ten minutes stirring often, let seeds cool 20 minutes before mixing) and 1/3 cup olive oil. Mix together in blender until paste. Store up to three months in airtight container in refridgerator. I found the sesame seeds extremely cheap at Sprouts and our local 99 cent store. In the grocery store they were $4 a bottle in the international section. Much easier to find and cheaper then buying tahini premade and not difficult to make at all. Added a little cayenne pepper and a little less lemon juice. Garnished with fresh chopped cilantro for a spicier kick. Yum!

Ron's Grilled Shrimp
My husband said it was the best shrimp marinade he ever had and I agree! We put our shrimp on the grill in tin foil and in 6 minutes it was perfect. My husband likes a little kick so next time I am going to put in a little more cayenne pepper. I plan on using this for some wonderful talapia I bought this week. Loved it! Little trick I learned for making a marinade is get a gallon ziploc bag and a flower vase then set the baggy in the vase and put your ingredients in that. Easy to mix and the bag doesn't keep tipping over!
