A Number One Egg Bread

I would give this a 5 star, if not for 2 corrections I had to make. Upon reading the reviews, I decided to make 2 loaves out of this recipe instead of one. Which I was very thankful for, because it made 2 14 inch long loaves. Crazy! Secondly, I only had to cook it for 20 minutes instead of 45 and it was a dark, golden brown. Other than that, absolutely delicious. The people who said this is gross simply can't cook bread worth a hoot or don't know what 'egg' bread is. YUM! I'm putting this recipe away for later use!

Oven Baked BBQ Ribs

I think the sauce is perfect, as is the temperature and for how long. However, it's a pretty needy recipe when it comes down to it...except that I never follow any of that. I make the sauce, put some ribs in the pan, pour the rest of the sauce over it and covered it tightly with tin foil. Only check it at 1.5 hours to turn ribs over, re-cover, and they're done in another 1.5 hours! No browning, no basting! And they always turn out delicious and tender!

French Toast Souffle

This recipe is not at all what I expected. It's not anywhere near a souffle, so that is extremely misleading. It's definitely more like a bread pudding. The bottom was slightly soggy and was a slightly unpleasant texture. I ended adding cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar. Without those additions it would have been completely flavorless. I will probably never make this ever again.
